Americana Soul Singer, Polly Punkneck, moved from Kansas to Los Angeles as a teenager and joined The Punknecks a couple of years later. They packed up everything they owned in her 4-door Buick and began their highway lifestyle. Her songs are memoirs from her experiences on the road: playing in bars in cities across America. After 12.5 years of non-stop touring, Polly Punkneck felt passionate about enlisting in the United States Military to sing in the Army Band. She was accepted into the 100th Army band and had to complete Basic Combat Training as well as Army School of Music Training. Currently she performs her solo Polly Punkneck music, with Hillbilly Harlots, as well as with the Army Band.
